... NETWORK
Over the past 20 years, we have developed a network of independent lawyers, the majority of whom have come from leading commercial law firms based in Paris and internationally, who practice in our areas of expertise (primarily IP/IT) as well as in complementary fields, including:
M&A – PRIVATE EQUITY
TAX LAW
CRIMINAL LAW/ WHITE-COLLAR CRIME
PUBLIC LAW
COMPETITION LAW
LABOR LAW
REAL ESTATE LAW
RESTRUCTURING, ETC.
Our network of contacts also extends to other parts of the world, where we have links with specialist lawyers in several countries throughout Europe, Asia and the United States.
The legal professionals with whom we work share our values and our approach to handling the cases and assignments our clients entrust to us: competence, availability, responsiveness, ability to offer pragmatic and operational solutions to specific problems, on schedule and within budget.
OTHER PROFESSIONALs...
We also often work with trademark agents and industrial property attorneys, as well as with translators and bailiffs who have experience in the fields of new technologies and the seizure of counterfeit goods.
Our network also includes accountancy firms and crisis communication consultancies.
Given the highly technical nature of some fields, we occasionally work with external IT experts or consultancies that can offer useful additional expertise, particularly from a technical perspective, when conducting large-scale software licensing audits or during complex IT litigation.
